The guys at Trailhead are incredible. They want to genuinely 'help' their customers rather than 'sell' to them.
The best example I have from personal experience: I went in to buy a brand new bike rack for my 4Runner, expecting to spend north of $100. They actually showed me an accessory that achieved what I needed to achieve (take pressure off my cables when it's on the rack) and saved me almost $100 in the process.
I've bought my last 2 bikes through them and probably won't buy from anywhere else as long as I live here.
