I am a returning customer because: 1- great prompt service, 2- his honest reviews of products, companies I ask about, 3- Daryl knows a lot about Electric Bikes, I bought one that (folding) that he didn't sell to me, but is very happy to work on it, 4- Treats customers equally, 5-Some shops in Nelson, won't repair bikes that were not sold by the store, 6- Treat him with respect and you have a friend for life!
