Cycling club Porec is a non profit organisation founded in 2009 with the idea of promoting cycling as a sport. In 2012 with the new leadership the club switched towards MTB, mostly XC. Today the club organises many events, like the rides of San Mauro, San Bernardo and San Martin, Poreč, Funtana and Vrsar. Also since 2013 the club organises a XC race as part of the MTB league of Istria and Kvarner at St. Becich near Poreč. The course was made from scratch and every year a new trail to the course is added.
Members of the club maintain many of the trails around Poreč.
