I've always received fast quality service from Lee's Cyclery. The techs take the time to explain what needs to be done and my bike always rides great. The sales staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've never felt pressured, but I always leave with something. A great shop!
My brother bought a Remedy here and the bottom bracket was set up wrong and they forgot to throw in the "free" promo shock pump, he had to ask for one. After buying the equipment to set his tires up as tubeless they still wanted to charge him $40 to use the compressor. The price was decent and the staff is friendly, but I would expect better service for a bike purchased there. Kinda disappointing.
