 The shop is small so the costs are kept down. These savings are passed on to the customer. The owners, staff and shop riders are responsible for many community based cycling events. Chainline is Cyclocross central. They have their own brand of bikes for Cyclocross, Road and Mountain. In the works is their own brand of wheels that go with. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I have purchased bikes from all of the other shops in town and one time or another. Never have I been as satisfied with my treatment, customer service, and the attention to my bikes as I have been with Chainline Cycle.

 House brand road, CX and XC hardtail 29er framesets. Lots of unique 29ers, fat-bikes, commuters and travel options as well as cyclocross and road choices from CLC. The sales support is great. We have referred others who have have purchased bikes from CLC too and are very happy. Looking forward to seeing their new Stevens road and cyclocross line-up that should be arriving in the next 6 weeks or so. The top of the line CX bike is already there. With respect to cyclocross bikes they stock the best selection of tubular tires around. They really worked for me on a recent warranty issue on a wheel-set and stem. Meshkat offers a first class fit with follow up. Overall a great team that like to visit you and chat anything bikes with you.

 Great little shop, always busy because they run on service. Darrin and Jay know their stuff and are always willing to order parts or help decide what to order. Best shop in Kelowna!

 very great staff! super friendly and knowledgable ! the shop has low stock though mainly 29ers fat bikes and rode bikes! but they can order in banshee stuff if you want

 Service department is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff. Only shop in town to sell Niner.
