Great service, helpful staff and fairly affordable maintenance. Great shop all around.
Terrible shop. Stopped in once to find Shimano parts since shop is a Shimano dealer. Didn't have what I was looking for. They took my name and number and said they call me the next day. Never called at all. Also at the same visit. I witnessed two sales employees arguing because one sales person sold a bike that was special ordered and reserved for a customer of the other sales person.
There sales staff are just basic sales people. I doubt half of them don't even ride.
