Was shopping for bikes and stopped by here. Asked them if they would consider holding a bike I test rode for a couple of days while I looked at a few others at another store. I offered to give them $500 to hold the bike over the weekend. After I decided on a different bike, I went back to thank them for holding the bike but let them know I was going to keep looking around. They told me they weren't holding the bike, that they had sold it to me, and that there weren't any refunds. It was kind of amazing. Thankfully I charged the $500 I gave them to hold the bike for me and my card was able to get my money back.
Bought 2 Yeti's from Airpark and they always took great care of me. Very friendly and accommodating. Had the best price for the bikes and the bike techs helped on a couple of issues I had over time. Never had a bad experience with them. Will be buying a 3rd Yeti from them as soon as I recover from from the cost of the first 2.

2 weeks later I call back on a Tuesday. They can not find my ticket, but I paid the balance, plus bought a pair of peddles for it. I reminded them about the wheels and brakes since the “lost my ticket”. I asked when it would go out and I was told Friday. This was a Tuesday, I paid for it, not sure why Friday, but I let it slide. I asked that the tracking number be sent to me.
Friday came and went. My daughter happened to be in Scottsdale so she stopped there for me, but no one knew anything “come back on Monday, talk to Jay”.
I call Monday morning, they can’t find my ticket and don’t know anything. I have to wait for Steve to get in because they asked Jay and he knows nothing about it.... I had been dealing with Jay, I text JAY, he should know EVERYTHING about it”. They said they would call me back. My daughter went in 4 hours later, and it was “boxed to ship”. She asked for a tracking number, 10 minutes later they come back with a number. I checked it after work and they dropped it at a drop off location in their complex after the pickup time, so it did not move till the next day.
I’m still waiting on the bike. My guess is the bike has 27.5 wheels and the original brake levers, not warranty replaced levers... At this point, at least I should have my bike. I saw one review of This shop on google where they shipped a bike and it was not padded and they scratched heck out of the frame. I hope mine is in good condition, I will be taking photos and video as I open the box.
When I move to Scottsdale later this year I will NOT be shopping at this store, I will find somewhere else. Hopefully this story ends better than it has been going and at least I get a good deal on a bike despite HORRIBLE customer service.
