Oleta River State Park is the largest urban park in Florida offering some of the finest off-road mountain bike trails in the state. Situated between the Oleta River and Biscayne Bay it provides adventurous water sports with kayaking, stand up paddle boards and canoes for rent. There are 14 rustic cabins for rent and a private sandy beach with pavilions and barbecue grills as well as a playground and butterfly garden A thousand acres of riverine mangroves make Oleta an oasis for native birds and butterflies. We hope you will visit and support the park to keep it protected for future generations.

Oleta is a great park that needs some love, the new group of people are really trying to improve the park. Problem that I see is the Management of the park as a whole are no really interested in helping out.
