Hello Friends I am looking to rip my winter fat layer off in punishing style. I would like to ride at a moderately challenging but no where near race pace. Perhaps a zone 3 heart rate. The ride is to be fun but a challenging ride. If people join me I will be happy to stash some water and food at Late Night parking Lot.
