If riding bikes is the only thing you do together with your girlfriend, i wouldn't say that she was your girlfriend. It sounds more like you are describing one of your riding buddies instead of your girlfriend..

Looks like both feet are on to me, I'd call it a no handed whip. Freaking insane. I remember learning one-handed whips a couple years back and feeling like a total bad-ass pulling one off, I can't even begin to imagine doing this...It's gotta be difficult, a whip keeps your arms and hands busy throughout the whole motion...HUGE props to the rider.
