SaveShort but quite technical XC track with a small bikepark. The track is built on three old garbage dumps covered with soil so it's quite manmade both in terms of trail surface and landscape, although the highest hill does offer a nice view over the city. The lack of 'natural' feel has been more than made up for by its technical and physical difficulty - the climbs are often steep and the descents are hard to ride at speed as most corners are sharp and have little or no berms. Some sections have logs to make things even more technical.
The bikepark has a small jump line, some rockgardens and lots of - pretty difficult - northshores. All in all it's a great track to train your skills and fitness but it might be a bit short for an all day ride. In that case it is possible to combine it with Zoetermeer though (about 15 km to the west and roughly similar in nature).
