SaveA lovable little ski resort tucked away in the woods, on the shores of beautiful Falcon Lake, Manitoba. The ski hill has 4 lifts for alpine skiing and snowboarding as well as a tubing lift. 12 runs and a vertical drop of 30m. A cozy, vintage chalet with a fully licensed cafe and restaurant. Equipment rentals for alpine skiing, snowboarding, tubing, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. It is the perfect place for families and anyone looking for an introduction to alpine sports.
The resort also maintains 30km of nordic ski trails groomed for both skate and classic. Due to the rocky landscape, there is plenty of elevation change so skiers are recommended to have some experience before heading out on the trails. In summer, the resort maintains 25km of hiking and mountain biking trails that range from wide, gravel path style to technical single track. Again, Falcon Ridge is well known for its technicality on the trails so make sure you have some experience before heading out.
Manitoba Park Pass required. Park passes can be purchased online at: https://www.manitobaelicensing.ca/licensing.page. There are no trail fees for using mountain bike, hike, cross country ski, snowshoe or fat bike trails.
Know your limits. Trail users assume all risks. Riders please wear a helmet.
