SaveThis is the page for the Innerleithen region, including the Innerleithen 7 Stanes trails and the Caberston unofficial trails - plus Gypsy Glen etc.
Innerleithen welcomes mountain bikers to the town, but please treat the place with a bit of respect, you're too old to be riding a bike on the pavement
The preferred parking is at the Red Bull car park (where the uplift runs from). A group of businesses led by Adrenaline Uplift and The Hub are working towards getting bike washing and shower facilites set up, so please do your bit and pay a few quid to park there to keep local residents and the Forestry on side.
The car park at the Weir only holds a few cars and is popular with locals so please avoid parking there.
The rivers are SEPA protected - so don't wash your bike in the river.
