Latimer Park is an old gravel quarry, located at the southeast corner of 192 Street and 28 Avenue. The quarry has since flooded and formed Latimer Lake, in the centre of the park. The park is predominantly undeveloped, although you will find a number of pathways, including a loop that goes around the lake. Access to the park can be found on 28 Avenue, about 130 meters east of 192 Street.

Mostly flat but with a good amount of roots and logs the trails here are perfect for beginners looking to get a taste of mountain biking.
        Primary Trail Type: Cross-Country
        Land Status: City Managed
        Access Info:

This is a nice little length of single track that runs alongside 196th Ave and the Little Campbell river. Mostly smooth but with enough roots and hills to make things interesting. There are 3 small creek crossings, but they are all...
        30 3.0 4,998 ft 54 ft 45
Multi-use trail with good amount of roots and logs that loops around the lake. Goes through the old skills park which is mostly in disrepair and unsafe for use. There are several splits in the trail which offer alternate routes before...
        45 3.3 1 mile 165 ft 37
Mostly flat XC single track. Gets a bit more rolly on the south side. Good amount of roots and logs to ride over. The trails split in numerous areas but most of them loop back so there's not too much danger of getting lost.
