SaveThe remote Lemhi Range is home to some of Idaho’s biggest and most majestic peaks, including Idaho's fourth tallest, Diamond Peak (12,197’), rising 6,000’ from the valley floor. The range is also home to what one biker has described as the county’s “most picturesque big mountain riding.” A quick look at the forest service map reveals the huge network of trails in the area, many of which are rideable. Considering both sides of the big range, bikers can choose from a number of spectacular possibilities climbing from the valleys of the Lemhi, the Pahsimeroi, the Little Lost, and Birch Creek.
