SaveNYC Parks, in partnership with the New York State Department of State, developed a master plan for Mariners Marsh Park and Arlington Marsh, located along the north shore of Staten Island. The master plan for this formerly industrial site aims to balance needs of the public by providing recreational amenities, restoring natural habitats, and reopening Mariners Marsh Park to the public. The Mariners/Arlington Marsh Master Plan was prepared with funds provided by the New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund.
