This trail is a beautiful mix of tech and flow. The hilly terraine is littered with roots, rocks, logs, and dips. There are several rock gardens to hone your skills on. It follows the shore of Falls Lake and the other side of the loop flanks a couple of double tracks. They are bidirectional and ride nice either direction.

Open only on Sundays Sep 1 through May 14. The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is allowing Mountain Bikers to ride here so following the rules is important if we want to keep the trails open.

These trails never close due to weather or wet conditions, but do not ride them in the off season unless it's Sunday.
