The Water Tank (Water Tower) trail system is built on private land. The current owner allows non-motorized (eBikes are not allowed) use by the public, currently, but none of the trails are authorized and they all may begin to be removed or blocked as the land owner starts to develop the property. The first two phases of the development have been approved and are in the initial process of development. The land owner has publicly stated that some trail access may remain as the development is expanded, but the public should not expect them to be preserved as they currently are.

Public access is not guaranteed in the future.
