Ride up onto the balcony and look down on everyone. Trail traverses one of the tiers carved out of the old quarry, used to construct the outer walls of Ross River Dam. Spectacular views over Lake Ross and afternoon sunsets.

When Gary Patterson was building it, he thought someone was having fun with him by leaving a on the track. Only was he to very quickly reaslise that the snake was very, very real. This is a favourite descent for many Ross Dam riders.
