The entirety of Stony Swamp offers over 70 kilometres of trails, more than in any other section of the Greenbelt. In addition, you will find wetland boardwalks and interpretive exhibits on geology and natural history. Mountain biking trails consist of a large variety mainly of easy and intermediate single track with dual track connecting roads. However a number of trails have evolved to justify being called technical intermediate advance. While most trails were originally hiking trails some have more of a biking flow.
