Description:
Dry with mud filled puddles, some ruts in switch back areas. The middle section of the trail is closed so you cannot get from One dam to the other. Heading NE from Ruskin Dam the trail is closed just past the second beach area, about 1.5km in, heading SW from Stave Dam the trail is closed a ways past the dog park, maybe about 2.5-3km in.
