I really enjoy this track, good XC/tech route. The 2nd outer loop is somewhat rough- but rideable.

99% dry, running well in most places but close to Appin Rd towards the end of trail it's overgrown and difficult to navigate view

Dry, clear trails. Unfortunately the Motos ride the MTB trails and loosen them up more. view
