Originally, this trail was ridden by Crested Butte locals each year at the end of the season. This is the loop that Payson McElveen rode for Matchstick's 2021 MTB film "A Biker's Ballad".
Detailed Description
CB Classic is a 102 mile popular expert route located near Crested Butte Colorado. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a extreme overall physical rating. This route includes 19 trails. This route climbs 16,878 ft with a max elevation of 11,948 ft then descends -16,869 ft.
