This is an out-and-back trail that will give you about 17km. What is shown is the main trail, but there are a number of other trails to explore, some that cross this main trail, while others are dead-end off-shoots to this trail that will add another 6 km. Mostly an ATV trail/route, double track, not overly technical, but has good elevation changes. There are wooden bridges over the wetter areas. Bridges are about 18 inches wide constructed of 2x8 inch lumber. There is one section where you're on a paved residential street for a few hundred metres.

Detailed Description
Conrod Settlement is a 5 mile less popular intermediate route located near Dartmouth Nova Scotia. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 406 ft with a max elevation of 225 ft then descends -394 ft.
