Park at Raiha Street gate, ride south on Spicer Link to the Spicer Botanical Park.
Cross the ford and start climbing up The Doctor where there is one steep pinch remaining.
Once you get to the top of The Doctor you have earnt a great descent of the raved about Tumeke.

Easy Tour is a 3 mile popular easy route located near Porirua. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 640 ft with a max elevation of 499 ft then descends -600 ft.
