Very iconic hike in Utah County that takes you up the Dry Creek Trail, which is the official name of the trail. This route is locally referred to as the Horsetail Falls hike, since it takes you off onto a spur trail that will lead you to the bottom of the falls. The main trail starts off pretty easy, but gets pretty rocky, and doesn't give much in the way of rest. There is a section that is common submerged a couple inches, and feels like you're walking up a creek.

The turn off to the lower falls is easy to miss, and requires a bit of scaling. There is commonly a little rope as you drop off the trail and then navigate through some thick scrub oak.

I also really like this as a quick trail run. Even though it is rocky in many places, it is a great track to grind up and pick your lines running down. It has a lot of shade once you get a ways past the trailhead
