Mountain loop overlooking Carlingford lough and Dundalk bay. Forestry roads will take you most of the way to the top of the hill before you reach a grassy trail that leads you further up the hill. From there it's a quick decent to a skinny boardwalk that will take you across the mountain bog. A fast drop to your left takes you down an old walking route before traversing back along the hill towards a scenic view of Dundalk bay. This lads on to a fast section with the option of gap jumps and downhill sections. You finish on the forestry road back to the entrance of the trail.
