This is my usual route through Marshall Canyon. Take Marshall Canyon up, right onto Stephens Pasture by the water towers. Continue on to Cobal Canyon to the top. From there it is either down sidewinder, up middle switchbacks, then down washout, or I take Cobal Canyon to the Claremont Loop, turn right, hang out at the gazebo and have a snack, then find my way back to washout. After washout head back down and take a left on to roller coaster. From there back up around the water towers and look for the Marshall Canyon trail on the left by the nursery. From there its a straight shot back to the entrance.

Detailed Description

Marshall Canyon is a 11 mile moderately popular easy route located near La Verne California. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a easy overall physical rating. This route climbs 1,636 ft with a max elevation of 2,304 ft then descends -1,637 ft.
