Start at Sugarloaf Mountain Bike Area Parking lot, cross the street and do laps on Canyons Edge Trail, once you're warmed up head back across the street and up to Kim Trail. Ride Kim CCW then head back to the trail head. Kim trail has a tough climb up front but is well worth the descent on the backside.

OP Quick and easy is a 5 mile moderately popular easy route located near Ohiopyle Pennsylvania. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 488 ft with a max elevation of 2,661 ft then descends -490 ft.
