This is the quickest and most enjoyable way to ride the Strand Hill trail. Parking at the start/end of the canal trail riding up the canal trail to strand bonus allows you to avoid riding on brush creek road, and makes most almost the whole loop on singletrack. The Strand Hill trail is one of the classic intermediate descents in the valley. This is a great ride if you are looking for something fun but do not have a ton of time
