This route starts at the Cafe at Tilgate golf course, then the heads out across the Golf course to the railway line before turning South to the M23 crossing over we follow the NCN21 to Parish lane. turn right and follow Parish lane west to Pease Pottage. leave the village by Forest Road towards Horsham, at Grouse road turn Left and follow until Black house road, turn left into Bridleway follow firstly Downhill then uphill to Newstead Farm. Follow the farm road to tee Junction turn Left and follow to B2110.
Turn Right and follow to the Wheatsheave Inn turn Left and follow to Bridleway on right. Follow bridleway through to the B2115, turn Left and follow to Bridleway on right, follow to Crabtree.
At Crabtree turn Right onto A281 just after the Hotel turn Left into Bridleway and follow until Bridleway on your right. Follow to Minor road turn Right and follow to to the A281 Go slighty Left and turn into Bridleway and follow to Minor road, turn Left and follow into Mannings heath, at Junction turn right and follow to minor road, turn lrft and follow for short while and tren into the St leonards Forest Car Park. Leave the Car park on the access track at the main Fire Track (Micks Ride) turn Left and follow throght to Forest Road, Turn right and follow through pass through the village and look for the bridleway on the Left(Hidden be large Bush) Follow Bridleway to the A264, turn left and follwy the cycle path t the Traffice Lights. Cross over and follow Cycle path round to the Right follow around new housing estate to Bridle way head North unto you reach the Crawley Horsham cycle path turn Right and ride in front of a row of houses at the road turn Right then left past Mill pond after the bridge over te stream turn right onto the shared path follow to main road cross over go right and then left into Footpath, follow for a short distance then cross the wooden bridge onto a Gravel track and follow through to Woburn road, turn Right and follow to Buckswood Drive turn Right and follow down to Main road at the treffice lights cross over and follow the surfaced path through to the Football Stadium. At the Stadium turn Right and follow to underpass, go Right under the underpass the right up onto the A23 shared Cycle path follow to K2 Sports Centre, take the cycle path by the K2 and follow to the Tilgate park access road, cross over and follow a track into the forest to the main fire track turn Left and follow uphill and on past the Side road that heads towards the M23 bridge (do not go up the road) follow the lower track round to the left until yu come to the first of two lakes go right and follow the Shared path by the main Lake to the Dam, do not go over the dam but follow the track that goes to the Right of the dam, and follow the track North to the Access road for the golf course turn Right and follow to the Golf Centre .

Detailed Description
Tilgate Park-Crabtree Ring is a 25 mile easy route located near Crawley. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions. This route climbs 1,242 ft with a max elevation of 477 ft then descends -1,223 ft.
