Popular local hike because it is well maintained, with nice bridges and can be cool in the summer as it follows the North Fork of Holmes Creek. The end of the hike is a really nice waterfall.

Snow and Ice on most of trail. Definitely need traction on the upper 1/3.

Mix of ice, slush, mud. Upper sections are very slushy and steep - need really good traction.
