This trail is 80% intermediate and 20% advanced. It use to be a great MTB connector trail which took the traffic off the numerous Casner Canyon trails and funneled riders to the Grasshopper parking lot At one time the trail linked up with the Casner Canyon trail that had a log bridge across Oak Creek this bridge has been in place for the last five years and due to the closure of the Casner Canyon trails it will probably near be resurrected by hikers wanting to keep from getting soaked while crossing the creek.
