These trails parallel the Buffalo Bayou trail between Beltway 8 and Dairy Ashford Road, it used to extend to Eldridge Parkway but some trail was removed for flood control retention ponds. The trail is trough a heavily wooded area consisting of a main (easier) trail away from the creek with increasingly difficult (and rooty) trails diverging from the main trail toward the creek. The trails Directly adjacent from the creek suffer from erosion in some points requiring dismount or turnaround. The far eastern portion of the trail (East of Wilcrest) is a well maintained area with a large dirt jump area.
Trail quality is good and well maintained.
