This trail is mostly used for hikers, especially the short lower part to the waterfall. It is a brutal climb up for a bike, and pretty hard for hiking.

Coming down this trail is fun, but to get to the top is difficult, and most riders prefer to drop Grove Creek, or loop all the way to the Provo Bench
