Bayou Point a mountain bike only trail located on the northwest side of Arkabutla Lake in Tate County. The trail is around 5.5 miles and has views overlooking Arkabutla Lake. The trail drains well but please give it 24 hours to dry out after any rain.

The trail is best described as tight, twisty, narrow, singletrack. A great place to learn how to maintain momentum and work on your cornering skills. Trail can be ridden in either direction. The difficulty level is easy to moderate depending on the speed you are riding. There is a fair amount of elevation change so if you are riding with small children, the Coldwater River Nature trail below the dam may be a more suitable option.
