This is a nice singletrack that parallels the One Mile Trail(forest road). It is often used as part of a loop with Lower Bear Brook Trail. The climb to the western end of the trail from One Mile is steep and rooty, but short. The dscent of the second hill on the trail crosses a bridge over a feeder stream to Bear Brook. This area is uniquely lush and green in the Spring and Summer. The trail is well shaded and stays relatively cool even in the heat of the summer.
Follow the Catamount Trail from the signpost at the junction with One Mile.
