Beat Bog is a challenging, technical, bidirectional trail that connects Sugarhouse Run at the top to Vast at the bottom. Travelling downhill it is a fast, somewhat flowy, technical trail with many short punchy ups and downs. Doing it as a climbing trail is more challenging with many twisty step-ups. While the surface is solid and packed overall, there are several spots with loose over firm, as well as rocky and rooty.
