This trail meanders through fir, pine, and cedar forests. With cool shaded gullies, creeks and waterfalls, there are great places to stop, catch your breath, and enjoy nature.

are available at Big Eddy and at Freeman Creek.
Vault toilets are available at the mini-camps along the trail.

*Please remember this is cougar, moose, wolf, and black bear country. Stay alert and make noise while you are hiking. If you encounter these animals, remain calm. Do not run!
