New York State DEC hiking trail to the top of Blue Mountain. First mile is easy to moderate hiking, while the second mile becomes steeper, mostly solid rock. May be slippery during wet seasons/rain. There is a cell tower at the top of the mountain so cellphone coverage is surprisingly strong for an Adirondack mountain.
