Clayton Beach Trail was completed in 2023 and allows access from the Fragrance Lake parking area (South end of the Interurban) to the beach. It is mostly a wide, gravel path until the railroad track, where there is a stairway crossing over the tracks and a short, handbuilt trail down to the beach.
The trail is relatively steep in spots. This will likely be a popular spot for families, so make sure to control your speed on your way down to the beach.
Access Info
From the Fragrance Lake parking area, head north on Chuckanut a few hundred feet to the trailhead on the opposite side. If you are walking, you can also head straight across the road to the stairway access.
