Start at the highest point you can see. Ride along the ridge then drop down to the right. Very undulating with lots to pop off. If you take the right line further down there is a large fallen tree to jump with a rooty landing zone (known as Airborne) keeping left is a slightly safer option. Joins up with Root City Ride at the bottom.
Also be aware that at the start to you left is Loughton Camp, a sensitive no cycling zone.
