This new trail (spring 2023) is at the old Camp Cromwell and is about 150 acres (my guess) and is part of the larger Chimney Rock trail system. There's a wide gravel loop around the whole property and lots of single track that weaves in-and-out of the gravel path traversing the entire property. The trails are mixed use: MTB, gravel, hiking, snow shoe, etc. Riding every trail including the gravel path is about 6 miles. There's some nice flowy trails and lots of beginner level trails and easy connection to the Vosseller Trail head. There are only a few technical spots with one little ravine crossing with a stream running through it. The single track is mostly clear of thorn bushes like we see elsewhere at Chimney Rock. There are lots of beginner trails a small amount of intermediate. there's also lots of small rock garden trails, but not chunky. A parking lot on Vosseller Ave entrance will eventually be open to the public.
