This trail is steep, loose and exposed during much of the top alpine level of the trail. It is not intended for newer riders or those that are not comfortable with exposure or steep terrain. All types of soil, loose rock and dirt are found on this trail with many loose sections where traction is limited and other sections that are very steep and intimidating but traction is excellent. Extremely well built with banked but natural corners. Great flow and an absolute blast to rip down. Once you reach the "Experts Only" signage at the bottom of the trail there are many great small to mid sized dirt jumps so for those riders that like to get their wheels off the ground be patient as there is a 5 minute section of near continuous jumps near the bottom of the trail.

Be aware that this trail, although close to town, is a long way from help. Rescues, especially those at dusk or in the dark, will necessitate a ground-based evacuation and these may take some time. Ride with care
