Originally rated Difficult (Red) now rated Severe (Black) due to erosion. Not wanting to remove the natural challenge from the trail it has been re-rated rather than changed. It is likely only rated Severe due to one rock face, the trail isn't that much more significantly challenging than a Difficult trail.

The trail itself climbs to the top of the ridge through switchbacks and then follows the ridgeline over two false summits before entering a more flowy section with berms, jumps and rollers.
