Starting off of Animal, this trail follows constant granite slabs and some big rollers as it works its way downhill. There are some exposed spots and you may need to do a bit of route finding on the open slabs if you are unfamiliar with where the trail leads.
2/3 of the way down there is a pretty big rock roll that sends you down into a wet gully - it's not terribly obvious where the trail goes at this point.
Take a right and then the trail continues on your left after about 50 feet.
This is soon followed by a massive rock roll (can be avoided), after which the trail continues in a drainage until it gets near the storage facility where it flattens out and joins the main trail.

In decent shape. The eastern end of it has a bunch of small debris - prob could use some TLC.
