Drgavý začína na vrchole Malého Smolníka a z veľkej časti kopíruje Náučný chodník Baba.
Prvá polovica vedie po hrebeni. Po ľavej strane sa na chvíľu otvorí výhľad na mesto Svit a v pozadí hrebeň Vysokých Tatier. Nasleduje spadnutý strom, ktorý sa napravo dá prekonať bez zosadnutia z bicykla. Neskôr Drgavý míňa nadrozmerný drevený hríb a lavičku, pri ktorých sa dá plynulo odbočiť doprava na Malý Smolník - switchback trail.
Nasleduje relatívne dlhá priama pasáž, ktorá sa dá spestriť odbočením doľava(pri malej kope poukladanej guľatiny) na úzky chodníček pomedzi stromy(pozor na široké rajdy), ktorý sa po chvíľke opäť pripája ku trase Náučného chodníka Baba, ktorý sa následne stáča pri strome s ružovým nápisom "TU" doľava. Na tomto mieste je takisto možné zabočiť doprava a plynulo sa napojiť na Deravý.
Po ľavotočivej zatáčke od stromu s ružovým nápisom "TU" ešte chvíľku kopíruje NCH Baba, ale odpája sa pokračovaním rovno na mieste, kde NCH Baba bočí doľava.
Od stromu s ružovým nápisom "TU" až po koniec v meste Svit je Drgavý plný exponovaných koreňov borovíc a už dosiaľ dosť "vydrganého" človeka "vydrgá" ešte viac.
Vzhľadom na to, že trail vedie z veľkej časti po Náučnom chodníku, je potrebné dávať pozor na peších.
Časťami tohto trailu vedie alebo kedysi viedla trasa Horal MTB. Je možné si všimnúť pozostatky značenia, ako napríklad ružový nápis na strome "TU", alebo ružová farba na niektorých kameňoch alebo koreňoch.

Od mesta Svit po Náučnom chodníku Baba až na Malý smolník. Alebo do Lopušnej doliny Náučným chodníkom Baba, cez vrchol Smolník a Smolník to Malý Smolník trail.
