This trail is one of more challenging trail in Long Island. The climbs are steep, long, relentless, on after another. The descents in many spots are incredibly steep. There aren't many bail out spots. The toughest loop is towards the end called The Chambers (part of this 5.1 mile trail but not listed). One hell of a workout.
