Elbow connects Sundog Loop and the West Bragg Creek trail system to the Allen Bill trailhead at Highway #66. It runs along the shady east side of Ranger Ridge, before heading southwest to the Elbow River. Elbow is usually combined with Iron Springs to make a loop that includes Sundog Loop, Loggers or East Crystal Line.

In summer this is is multi user trail but expect it to be muddy if the conditions are wet. Drainage is getting better but still far from perfect.

During the winter months (December 1st - March 31st) from the intersection with Sugar Daddy all the way north to Sundog Loop this is exclusively a cross country ski trail. For the rest of the year it is a shared trail for all summer users (hikers, bikers, equestrians).

Starts behind the small parking lot on the north side of the highway, opposite Allen Bill. Finishes way north near the WBC parking lot.
