Ferrin's Trail was built to provide a mellower climb to the top of Snow King for mountain bikes. It originally started at the Sink or Swim and Upper Hagen Trail junction but the 2 trails were combined under the recent USFS trail assessment and renamed Ferrin's Trail. It now begins a few hundred feet up the Hagen Highway from the Cache Creek Trailhead and climbs at an average 9% grade to the Ferrin's Saddle at the Skyline Trail junction.
This trail can be accessed from the Cache Creek Trailhead.
